In collaboration with the European Distribution Manager and the European Account Manager, I built and implemented a major partnership program for the Agricultural Product Line of a well known French tire manufacturer in 2016: a B2B loyalty program for indirect distributors in partnership with their wholesalers in 4 European countries (Spain, Poland, Romania and France), with a budget of 165,000 euros. From the specifications, the mission was to select an external service provider with the help of the Purchasing Department, and steer the construction of our offers with these service providers. Together with the European Communication Manager and European territories, we validated the offer and tools to prepare the implementation and promotion phases.
